About Us

Owners Dillon established The Spotted Frog LLC in 2025 as a result of a shared passion for offering superior husbandry support and education pertaining to the keeping and care of poison dart frogs and their cohabitants. 

Dillon's background involves a rich upbringing in South Africa with a life full of exotic pets. He spent many years as a game ranger in the bush of SA, educating tourists and supporting conservation and protection of the native wildlife. He has kept a plethora of snakes, lizards, and other reptiles, and has worked with professional breeders and keepers during his time in America. He is now the main husbandry expert for The Spotted Frog and ensures every frog, plant, and critter in our care receives everything it needs to thrive.
